If you have missed eating fresh sprouts from the store, try our microgreens. They are fresh, crunchy, and a great addition to salads and sandwiches.
Microgreens are similar to sprouts except they are grown in soil or other growing media to reduce bacterial contamination risk. They are also harvested during a later growth stage, hence slightly larger leaves.
Store in the fridge. Enjoy as a topping on your favorite salads and sandwiches. Kids love to eat them for a snack!
