We are finally done. Done with building hightunnels. No, we didn’t actually build them, the installers did that. We are thankful for the wonderful job they did. Phocas Farms out of Edmond, Oklahoma built the kits and installed the hightunnels for us. And they are amazing!

Now we have four hightunnels to grow food for you. That’s 7,680 square feet of growing space under the protection of a layer of plastic held up by a very sturdy metal frame. The extra protection keeps in beneficial insects,  keeps out damaging insects, as well as winds, too much rain, pets, wild animals, and free-range chickens. The soil is protected from wind and water erosion and will be healthier.

We can’t say it enough – Healthy soil = healthy plants = healthy food = healthy bodies.
